Has anyone astral projected?

My friend read books and guides on it and it took her a few dreams to be able to do it, but she did! Very interesting…I’ve always wanted to try it

@Tiff I’ve tried! Then I got scared after watching this video on someone who then had something ‘attached’ to them I’m not even a believer of god, I believe in planes and other existence though

If you do try it please go somewhere to get trained and tbh as a kid i just went to places I New a lot a would spy on people lol but as an adult I have gone to different places I like going to the beach and some beautiful places that im not sure were they were the was not earthly but as I said before if your scared it won't work I once got scared during and came straight back to my body good luck on your journey
