Is he cheating?

I was washing my boyfriend’s clothes like usual tonight and he just came out from hanging with his friends.Normally if he showers right before going out to eat and drink with his buddies he will not shower when he gets back(gross I know,I hate it!) but tonight he did shower when he got back which I thought was strange but didnt think into it.Now im doing laundry and in his boxers its white looking discharge in the front where his junk would be.I normally dont see that when I do his laundry so its strange.I woke up from a nap when he went out and had a strange feeling about him being out.Idk tbh
