Congested
Baby is 10 weeks old on Saturday and woke up and nose sounds all congested has anyone had this what did you give to help ? Xx

Saline spray and we have an electric nose sucker which I much prefer to the Freda. You can also try feeding them in a steamy shower room, snuffle babe for their chest or ASDA vapour bath xx
I have a nose sucker which is great and I elevate his mattress on one side so he’s not fully flat.
Also airing out the room and maybe even using a humidifier. I found that my room was too dry and hot which caused this

Saline spray in each nostril and then the Frida baby snot sucker. Worked really well, he hated it but it helped him breathe. Did it morning and night. But if they're struggling to feed you might need to do it before a feed too. Good luck xx
