Morning sickness 😩

Hi mums, I’m looking for some advice. I am 5 weeks pregnant, have recently got my first job, and also have a 3 1/2 year old little boy. Today morning sickness has decided to make an appearance and I’m starting to worry how I’ll do things like working. Any advice on how to help the morning sickness in any way? Thank you 🫶

I found salt and vinegar crisps the best, but generally good to avoid getting hungry- eating anything seemed to help!

Nothing helped me expect anti sickness from the gp even then it wasn't great 🙈

Any ginger biscuits I’ve found can ease it. I’ve tried mcvities or just the deluxe brand from Lidl or even Aldi

Have a banana 🍌

Im in a similar position I also have a 3.5 year old and pregnant with my second ( suffered with awful sickness in both pregnancies 😭 ) everyone is different personally nothing really worked for me apart from medication im on my 3rd med and its the best one so far called Xonvea ( it makes me feel really dizzy but no longer sick ) also eating little and often, if i get hungry I feel really nauseous- Hope you start feeling better soon xxx

@Beccie I’ve found lemons really help so far and sometimes ginger biscuits, goodluck girl, feel free to message me 🫶
