Acupuncture worked really well to help me stay relaxed and centered through the entire journey 💕
Go to your transfers as relaxed as possible. When we had our last transfer we stayed in a hotel in the same city as our transfer, went for a meal, had a few drinks. Went to transfer next day and now have an almost 6yo boy. Any questions feel free to message me.
You can contact me. I was so stressed my first round and start my second round in a few weeks We can be IVF buddies and talk through the process
Accupunture, don’t tell anyone you are doing it, relax and don’t put too much pressure on yourself- stay positive but also realistic it might not happen first time. Eat well and don’t drink alcohol - but that’s personal choice
I’d say be prepared for it to be a marathon and not a sprint. That way if things don’t go as well first time (cycle or transfer), it isn’t so emotionally hard. Just know it’s really common for it to take a few tries but see it as part of the journey. Also, if it does work first time, which I really hope it does for you, it’ll feel even better x
Acupuncture helped me a lot. And listen your body, if you body is asking your lay down or go bed early, do it without feeling guilty. All the best !
Keep busy! Whether it's exercising, hobby, tv show... anything! Ivf seems so scary but honestly it isn't as bad as you think. The meds can be confusing and overwhelming but when you get the swing of it, it isn't bad! My husband did all the injections for me. I bought a pill organizer to help with pills because closer to transfer I had a funky med schedule. Follow the med orders and doc orders. I only limited caffiene and didn't change anything else. I worked out until a week before egg retrieval because I was so bloated. I only walked after that and until a few weeks after transfer. Worst I felt was on birth control. Didn't have many side effects for other meds besides nausea on PIO once I was actually pregnant. I have a 10 week old son and he is my double rainbow baby. It can happen ❤️
