Yep 😞. Hope you're ok x

@Charlene I hope you're ok too! Felt like pregnancy was isolating and now I feel just as alone through postpartum. Feel as long I'm doing 90% of the caring whilst my partner deals with keeping on top of the house work. Bad enough I'm limited to what I can do because I ended up having an emergency c section

Yes I feel this

Those night feeds every 2 hours are very lonely and tiring, my first daughter did 4 hour stretches straight away so it’s all new to me getting this so little of sleep and feeling so isolated like no one else is going through it. It does feel like it will never end but it will! Give it 8 to 12 weeks and you’ll start seeing a difference, feels like such a long time but it goes so fast I remember being in the trenches thinking I’ll never make it out the first time but I did x
