1! He started really fighting his second nap so we dropped it
We’re trying to transition from 2 naps to a big lunch nap but not quite there yet
1 nap 😴 usually between 11.30 and 1/1.30
Have you noticed they sleep better at night as a result?

How long is their nap for?
My baby naps for an hour and a half to 2 hours usually
Same as Ashley with my boy
During the week my daughter has one decent nap at daycare. On the weekends if we’re not to busy she will take a short morning nap and a longer afternoon nap
Two naps one around 11:30/12 and another at 4:30
