Hey jasmin Sorry you’re going through this. Have you considered a therapist. Sometimes all you need is someone to dump on without feeling guilty or annoying, or judged or even having an opinion you didn’t ask for lol. @Barbs hello! Thank you for your comment, I do actually have a therapist I’ve been going to her for a few years now actually, which helps so much but I’m finding the in between appointments I’m feeling terrible x
