Sleep regression??

I need advice, so my daughter has been sleeping horribly and not sleeping through the night anymore. she hasn’t really had any sleep regression until now and she’s been sleeping through the night since like three months old. She’s waking up about every 2 to 3 hours but only after I go to sleep. So shes been going to bed around 9pm , she was going to bed closer to 930 but the last couple days she’s been going to bed earlier. And I go to bed around 12:30ish. Before I go to bed, she sleeps in her crib, doesn’t wake up, but then as soon as I come into the room to go to sleep, she wakes up about an hour or so after i go to sleep and then every 2 to 3 hours from there. I did just move her into her crib from her bassinet a couple days ago and she’s also been going to bed a little bit earlier and she’s also transitioning 3 to 2 naps so maybe all of these are factors but I’m not sure what’s happening. Anyone else going through this with their 6 1/2 month old?

Yes! Same with my girl, she's 6 and half months as well. And barely naps 2 a day, 3 if I'm lucky! She barely sleeps and just babbles all night and cries/coos. Doesn't eat much during the day but at night she'll down 6-9 ounces at a time

6 month sleep regression is annoying. It's worse when my daughter has foods that increase her gas. Plus teething, learning new skills etc, All happens at once and messes with their sleep.

My daughter is the exact same but she naps once a day. She hates naps no matter how hard I try.) And she does exactly what your daughter does. I got to bed around the same time and put her to bed the same time you do. And then from there on out, she wakes up over and over.
