Pre walker shoes??

Hey, just wondering what others think of pre-walker shoes? Are they necessary? Did they help anyone? Baby is 10 months, not yet crawling but is definitely trying, I’m unsure when the right time is to get them, if we actually need to get them or if it’s better to wait until actually walking… Any advice welcome, Thanks 😊x
