Another way to tell if it’s labour is if they keep coming if you change position or go for a walk. It sounds like it could be!
I had this the other night - it started irregular, then went to one contraction (lasting 40-60 seconds) every 4 minutes. If they increase in intensity, and get a more regular pattern then give triage a call back. Just as I considered calling triage back at the 1 in 4 mark, mine completely stopped so must’ve been prodromal labour annoyingly!
Turns out it was labour girls😂 I’ve birthed a gorgeous little girl xx
Congratulations!!! Hope you’re both doing well. My little girl was born yesterday 😍
@Kathryn Thankyou!! Congratulations to you too!
@Jazz congratulations! Happy Mothers’ Day! X
i think if they get significantly more painful, or they’re closer together then call triage back. online says to go to the hospital once they’re five minutes apart for one hour or more, so just monitor them but it could be, and even though they’re irregular at the moment , they’re still regular enough for you to know when they happen again each time xxx
