Postpartum Hair Lose

I literally have just taken a pic of my hair and I’m mortified at how much it has fallen out, genuinely clumps at a time. Following along to see what others recommend x

I've got two bald patches at the front either side of my hair line so much is falling out daily - Ive been told Plantur 39 caffeine shampoo is good but I've not tried it yet x

I take equi London pregnancy vitamins - they are a bit spenny but my hairdresser said my hair is thicker than it was pre pregnancy feck knows how 🤷‍♀️ the only thing I can think is the vitamins as using same products etc (4m pp)
