Being introvert mom

I am so introvert after being mom I pushed myself to take my son out to soft play and playgroup. But when I reach the place I feel so anxious or awkward 😬 so moms what you do? Do you take your baby to library for songs or any other activities places?

I’m the same😭

I have always been like this until my kids. I have managed to find a small soft play that doesn’t have much ppl in and always tend to go early morning and in the week. That way. I’m keeping busy with the kids and pushing myself

I’ve been introverted my whole adult life up until motherhood. After having my little one, the first few times attending baby classes were daunting, but now a year down the line I’m an introverted extrovert 😂 Who enjoys the company of others, but loves winding down at the end of the day & recharge my energy alone 😌 Give the library sessions a go, they usually have songs towards the end so you can always leave beforehand if it gets too much & not stay the whole time till you’re more comfortable. Also, it’s ok to be the quiet mum, generally mums are lovely & will come say hi so just go with the flow 🫶🏻

I struggled with this, never made it through the front door many times, I had to really psych myself up to go. Id pick a corner an engross myself in my child interacting only when approached.
