9 month old has to pinch , grab , pull my skin or hair to fall asleep and I’ve tried giving her stuffies or blankets to grab / pull instead and she does not like it I have no idea what to do 😭 she also does this to anyone that puts her to sleep

My girl does the same thing but I realize she’s just tiring herself and comforting. So I just hold her hand on my boob and rock/bounce her and she stops grabbing
