Conceiving after ectopic pregnancy
3 weeks after Ectopic I had a very upsetting conversation with my doctor who suggested not to conceive AT ALL after it.
To go on irreversible contraception because I will have another ectopic pregnancy or a miscarriage and I will put my health at risk. I want to know if anyone here has gone through this and did conceive again later. I’m 26 years old I’m so young and I really want to carry again I just want hope.
Hi. Im so sorry for your loss. I had ectopic before and was told you can't conceive for 3 months after taking the medication given to end the pregnancy as some can stay in system that long. Would they have ment that? Besides that I was just told chances of having another one are high and I should contact my doctor as soon as I got preg again to get early scan to see where preg was.
