Worrying over speech
So my little boy is coming up to 16 months and he isn’t saying any words yet.. he scored 30/60 on communication on his 16 month check which she said was ok,, he babbles mama baba etc but no words and I’m fully encouraging him daily .. he claps he points , he waves he does actions to songs I’m just worrying about the lack of speech , should I be? Is anyone else’s little one similar x

My 16 month old does everything you said above and yet he met all other milestones early, don’t be worried mama every child is different, I noticed he’s a bit shy about speech so I’m expecting one day sooner or later we’ll wake up and he’ll have about 10 words 🤞🏽

My daughter is the same mama dada cat dog, moo hiya bye also 16months. That's all I really get speech wise, but she understands a lot. Can point out body parts brings me things if I ask her too. x
