Proud of myself

Been going on walks almost everyday this week and I’m really proud of myself. I’ve always struggled with leaving the house alone due to bad anxiety but ever since having my daughter I really want to push myself for the both of us. It’s often times too easy to stay in especially with a baby. But my baby deserves to see different things and look at the beautiful trees and sky. I also need the exercise. Before having my daughter I was struggling weight wise then I got pregnant and I just ballooned up. I hate looking in the mirror and not only that I feel so weak. I want to be confident, strong, and healthy. It’s definitely so hard especially since I’m sleep deprived but I’m convinced that I can do this. My daughter has truly given me so much strength. Pregnancy and birth was so hard and miserable tbh but it showed me that I am a lot stronger than I think. And if I can go through that I can go through anything.

You’re amazing ! Well done mama 💕💪🏼

You got this!! That’s so great that you’re showing up for yourself and your daughter.

Way to go! I know there's a group here for weight loss. I also crested a group recently for mamas that started something and want a place to talk about it. No one gets it like another mama! Whether it is starting to work out, a new project, learning something or whatever it may be, it's hard when you don't have someone to share the journey with! I hope you join us and anyone else this resonates with! Share your progress! https://www.peanut-app.io/share/wFha8DIL3Rb

That's awesome! 😄 more mamas going for walks 🙌🏻💞 i've noticed that the fresh air really helps my son go to bed at a decent time at night, too. Ya got this mama, that is such a great change for you and your baby girl 🫶🏼💓

Good for you! 😁 I make myself go on walks outside 3x/week with my daughter—esp since I wfh and take care of her at the same time. She loves looking outside at her surroundings now that she can sit up 🥰 I love taking long walks outside instead of going to the gym. Keep going, you got this! 💪🏼 the body image was (and still is) one of the hardest things about postpartum for me
