Comfort toy / whatever
My boy has taken to an octopus teddy called Hank (after the finding dory octopus). Hank goes everywhere. And although he gets washed every Tuesday. He’s disgusting 🤢
I have bought my boy a new Hank. You know, for when old Hank is in the wash or just encase we loose him. But my boy can tell the difference and has no interest in his new Hank. Anyone got any tips?

We have giraffe, and then we got new giraffe (for insurance, iykyk 🤪). For weeks new giraffe didn’t cut it! But now he’s been suitably dropped in puddles/thrown around/chewed/snotted on etc etc 🥲 and he loves both 🦒’s equally, he’s super super into them right now too, more so than ever! Carries them around everywhere, it’s so cute but makes me nervous 😅😂. They just have to ‘wear’ them in! Soon enough new Hank will pass the test 😂 x
Ahaha we have a spare Neh the Bear for this reason… concerned to hear that new Hank is not effective 😬

Sleep with new hank so he smells like you/familiar, and bash him around a bit and get him lightly dirty til he doesnt smell or look so fresh and new!
