We’re still using white noise at 7 months. My friend still uses it with her son and he’s nearly 2 😂

I still use it with my daughter she’s 18m but I’ve always played it for myself bc I can’t just sleep with no noise going on😂

We used a white noise machine for a while but then I lost the cord for it so we’ve been rocking just a fan lmao However my stepson is turning 9 in like a month and still used his sound machine all these years later (even tho it sounds like shit now lol) otherwise he legitimately cannot sleep without it

Never! I still turn a fan on at night to help me sleep.

I'm an adult and use white noise to sleep, so does my hubby. Baby is 8 months and he had a white noise machine (and a fan for air circulation and a cool humidifier), for me and hubby it's the room fan (and I wear earbuds, just one now, with a reddit story video or music)

Girl. I only use it to fight my hubby’s loud snoring. lol

I still use a white noise machine and I’m 29😂 my 1.5 year old also used one

I'm with @Lo 😂 Actually though. My husband and I use a rain sound video black screen on the iPad at night and I turn it on for baby #2 for her naps and it's on at bedtime of course. For baby #1(now toddler) we use a hatch sound machine on a rain setting also. We've been doing this since before kids anyway to sleep. Toddler is 22 months so far using it with sleep

My sons 4 months I still put it on

My baby ( 3 yrs old ) still listens to it and helps up relax our mind and body at the end of the night. She knows when the sound is on, it’s time for sleep 🤭

My son just started saying “no sound machine” and he turned 3 on March 12th. So no sound machine for him & he falls asleep well!

i was just thinking about this the other night my LO will be 2 in July 😬

No plan to stop 🤷‍♀️

I mean they use white noises with children in the preschool classroom so 🤷🏽‍♀️😂 I know some adults who fall asleep to white noise too 😂😂

I still use it for myself at 31 so never I guess 😂

My 5 year old sometimes likes to have white noise on 😂 I always fall asleep to a podcast so I suppose it’s the same sort of thing

I’m 356 months old and I love using brown noise to sleep 😅. I’m a night shift worker, so white noise is a must. It has been scientifically proven to help babies cycle through the next sleep cycle and stay asleep longer with fewer awakenings. It shuts off my own brown when I have a million thoughts flying through my head. It also allows me to get stuff down around the house while LO naps/sleeps for the night otherwise he would hear a pin drop

My daughter is 4 and still uses white noise or rain sounds to fall asleep

Girl I have no clue my baby acts like she can’t sleep with out noise 😂

Am still using it and my daughter one. I love to use it blocks out noise from outside and from my other kids and dogs so she sleep great even at nap time.

I got addidicted to it myself and realised the other that I had it on every day since Jan 2024 🤣 I am slowly dropping to once a day.. as I need to stop overusing now

I had to stop using it because it would always make me fall asleep too lol. But my daughter to this day falls asleep faster to rain sounds or white noise. She’s 17 months
