all the time! :( i’ve been using koolpatch for help, it’s a non medicated patch you put on your forehead that lasts for up to 8 hours.. super helpful so far
I have a history of migraines but they became more frequent (daily) during pregnancy and I can’t take the meds that help me the most. I had to stop working because I need to rest 2-3 hrs a day. I’m 17 weeks and I was told by my neurologist that it would likely get better in the second trimester, but so far no change :(
I just woke up with my first migraine today, and it was awful. I drank pickle juice per my husband’s recommendation, and to my surprise, it did cut the pain and related symptoms down (I get tingling in my face and arms, lose vision, can’t comprehend/read words when I have an awful migraine), and everything subsided except a mild/moderate headache the rest of the day. Praying that was a one-off circumstance and won’t be a recurrent symptom this pregnancy..
YES, only remedy is sleeping/naps for me
Yes, I had a really bad headache that lasted a couple of days recently, and it often feels like I’m on the verge of having another one. It’s like pulsating in my head, it’s really fun ☹️
I get daily headaches unfortunately. My partner massages my head and it helps.
