Our son dropped his nap at home (still does the communal nap at nursery!) a few months ago. He's never slept much in the daytime though so I think it's just the say some children are. As long as they are getting enough sleep across a 24 hour period then it won't do any harm. My Mum is insistent that her HV used to tell her a baby who was awake a lot in the daytime was a sign of high intelligence although I suspect she is a little bit biased 😂
It's generally considered early to drop the nap completely at this age but it's not abnormal or unheard of. Some kids are just ready earlier/have lower sleep needs. As long as she's definitely ready for it then it won't be harmful developmentally.
