Sleep Routines

Help! My 10 month old is no longer sleeping through the night and only wants to be in bed with us. She has been sleeping through the night for the most part since she was about 3 months old. But the past two months she wakes up at about 12 and will only settle if I let her get in bed with us. But then she's up again around 3 for a feed. We do bath time, a lotion massage, a story and rocking to sleep. Any one else's little one seem to be going through a big sleep regression? Any tips?

How long has it been going on? Teething maybe? My son’s top front tooth just popped through and we had a rough week of sleep for that.

It's been a solid month maybe a little more. Her bottom two are in and I don't see anything up top yet but maybe! Just seems like it's been awhile

We’re in the same boat. I just posted something similar. We adjusted wake windows and dropped a nap. She wakes about 30-60 mins after I put her to bed and then again between 2-5. Last night she would settle for about 2-3 hours. I’ve brought her in bed a couples times. I don’t want to create bad habits but I need sleep too. Lately, bringing her into bed hasn’t helped either, she thinks it’s play time.

It took my sons top teeth a full 6 weeks before they popped through he was miserable. Maybe look into magnesium lotion or feed foods with tryptophan (sleepy chemical) like turkey or banana. We also see a big difference in sleep if we feed our LO a pat of butter or bone marrow with dinner

I had to tough it out with mine I mean it may drive u crazy for a couple nights and u may have to listen to bloody screaming for hours but now for the most part when I put my 10 month in her crib she may fuss, play a bit, but she falls asleep on her own.

Same thing here I heard it’s a sleep regression they go thru plus teething
