We’re an up by 6.45/7am, no nap with us but 30 mins with the childminder at circa 1.30pm. Asleep by 8/8.15pm. My little one has always been a pretty good sleeper but when she started taking a long time to go to bed at night we started to reduce the nap (90 mins to 30 mins if any)
@Charlotte ahh ok. How did you reduce nap (how much by and over what time frame?) I’m thinking he needs a shorter nap but sometimes he’s really grouchy when I wake him up or really difficult to wake!!) xx
I think the nap is quite late considering his wake up time so could this be brought forward? Should also help with settling him earlier at night 🤞🏼
