Thank you we try to stick to routine add much as possible but nothing seems to get him sleepy he's never been a good sleeper, if we get 3/4 hours a night that's a good sleep here x
Best advice I can give is play hard, something physically and mentally demanding is great for development and using up energy and make sure they eat enough protein. That's what we focus on for our kids, they both dropped to 1 nap around 10-11 months and by 14 months it was hit or miss if they did at all.
What are ur wake windows? Is baby overtired?
I really recommend setting a routine up, helps if you’re a SAHM. Waking up at let’s say 8 , nap at 12ish, bath at 7 bed at 8. It helped my son a lot and he’s been in this routine for a while now, he’s 2.8yo and we followed this since he was little. Now that he goes to nursery, it’s slowly starting to change and sometimes no nap at all, if he can. Depends on how his day goes. I always keep him going where I can. After nursery we normally chill out a bit, but on our days off we go swimming, walks, play football in the park or go on a bike x
