10 month old not sleeping

For the last month my little one won’t sleep through the night. She wakes 1-3 times nightly and some times up for a couple hours being hard to put back down. She’s had sleep regressions here and there but nothing like this one. We’ve adjusted wake windows and keep bed time as consistent as possible. No new teeth either. It’s getting pretty rough and we’re barely getting sleep. Anyone have any advice ?

She wakes up screaming which is very unlike her. She’s typically wakes in the morning and plays in her crib for 20-30 mins. She no longer does that. I’m a sahm so I’m with her all day giving her plenty of attention. I also help her to sleep and use her favorite blanky. I’ve tried to give her additional support but maybe I’m missing something.

This happened and still happens my daughter sometimes. If she wakes crying it means she needs something… ie scared, maybe reflux, tummy bothering her etc.

My 10 month old was doing that too.

i can’t help my almost 10 month old still has never slept though the night. but i hope it gets better for you so soon!! it’s rough not sleeping

Is she teething?

@Jennifer have you brought this up with your pediatrician? When she wakes up screaming does she seem like she's in pain, uncomfortable or just distressed? Since it's a new behavior and unlike her, I would want to rule out any medical concerns. However, there is a pretty intense sleep regression between 8-10 months—this is typically when we see the first big bout of separation anxiety. Which, understandably, can cause a lot of distress!
