Dying of thirst

Yes I'm 36+2 and it's even worse at night I feel like I'm drinking something every 2 seconds

Yeah, why does it have to be at night when I should be drinking less to manage this awful reflux?! 😭 Trying to make a point to drink more water during the day. I found liquid Gaviscon helps the reflux most, but then realized drinking even water after taking it breaks the barrier it creates to block the stomach acid, so I try to be careful.

Have you tried electrolytes? Gatorade Rehydrate helped a lot with my thirst in the third trimester. I had to drink a ton of water throughout the day, too.
