What does this mean? Like light pink-brownish discharge(?)

Two weeks ago I had this for about 3 days and then stopped. Along with cramps. Today it started again, with cramps. No birth control, but my periods are irregular but usually happens once every other month. I’ll post a few pics in comments of my flow app I’m sexually active and don’t use protection(trying to get pregnant since November)
