Snap! I rang and asked which they seemed ok with it until I said my husband would be there as well to prevent her running around. That’s when they said it will all depend on the Sonographer. Scans bring back trauma for me so don’t want to go alone 😔
Thanks ladies! Ahh me too @Vicki 😩. I had a miscarriage at 11+6 so this scan is going to be so nerve wrecking. My husband really wants to be there too. Not sure whether to try or just go alone. Best of luck with your scan 🤞🏻💕
I think it’s worth trying, if they don’t let your little one in then the outcome will be the same if that makes sense so definitely worth the try! Thank you! Hope your scan goes ok 🥰
I think it depends on your hospital, in my scan letter it says not advised but if you require to bring children along they need to be strapped in a stroller or pram with another adult on hand to assist if needed x
I went for my first nhs scan 2 weeks ago and both my husband and toddler were allowed in. I would just chance tbh.
Yes they won't let children in at all My partner had to take her home in a previous pregnancy she was not allowed in Luckily this time she will be in nusery but It can be difficult to find childcare x
