When did your period come back while breastfeeding?
I’m 5 months PP just got mine today and feel such a wave of depression, not. Sure if it’s the hormones, or I really was just hoping not to get it longer, or both haha.
Does everyone’s supply drop during? My supply goes up and down regardless so it’s hard for me to tell

How long does the awful feelings last after period is back?
I got my period back around 8wks pp with my first two. Currently 6wks and I’m thinking it’s coming soon. Yes from my experience my supply dipped but also when you get your period it changes the taste of breastmilk (I think I read more bitter) so baby may also fuss due to taste.

Got mine back after about 8 weeks! Was absolutely gutted thought I'd be period free for a year at least 😂
