Hospital Nostalgia?

Anyone experiencing heavvyy nostalgia regarding their birth/hospital stay? I feel like I’ve always romanticized my experience in the hospital but now it’s like x1000. It will literally bring me to tears. I don’t know if this is normal or if I am just crazy 🤣 Anyone else??

It sounds like you had a good experience! 🙌🏻 I gave birth to my baby in the car 🤣 so it’s more trauma than nostalgia 🤣

Omg yes miss it ! It was beyond beautiful. Everything was perfect, God made it so special I would never be thankful enough. Such special memories

I remember being so anxious to leave the hospital that I didn't even stay the extra day I could have due to having a C-section. This time I'm taking the extra day and treating it like a vacation 😂

100%, but kind of in a way of romanticizing my future hospital stay when I have another. My hospital stay with my daughter wasn’t great & I’m hoping for a much better experience next time. Almost looking forward to it/anxiously awaiting it

OMG I was just feeling this way yesterday and the last few days. I miss the care and I guess the “high” of the newness. Truly thought I was alone in this feeling 😂

@Korissa omg I'm so sorry, all of that is awful! I hope you use a different hospital if you have another baby.

@Emily thank you. It really was just terrible. I think I’m one & done but I’ve moved states since having him so If I ever did it again it’d definitely be a different hospital!
