Energy!

What are we all doing to get and keep energy through the day without coffee? I'd drink it, but it makes me more tired. So, I'm wondering if there is anything anyone else is using to have energy and be productive.

Hey, I really struggled with energy levels too, things that have helped me are drinking hot tea in morning instead of coffee which give me heartburn,Protein shakes, protein bars, gatorade. Keeping your protein high and hydrating throughout the day has helped some !

@Jasmin did you drink a specific tea? I'm 30 weeks so the count down is on and was thinking maybe it should be raspberry leaf tea or something.

Hi! Protein! And eating small meals but frequently, to avoid bloating and spending so much energy digesting large amounts of food which causes those midday slumps of energy. Hope that helps!

@Aarionna I drink black tea with splash of milk and half ts of sugar. I’m on 30 weeks too didn’t start raspberry leaf tea yet, I think i heard it’s best to start that during the 35th week idk 🤷‍♀️ though.

I drink sweet tea for the small amount of caffeine in the black tea. I also rely heavily on an afternoon nap.

Ummm, beet juice or beet powder is nice

Daily walks have been boosting my energy! Along with more fruits
