I just close my baby's mouth when it happens x but I would bring it up to doc just to make sure :)
Myofunctional therapist first. Then see an ENT to make sure adenoids and tonsils aren’t enlarged. Mouth breathing and low tongue posture is common, but not “normal” like many pediatricians claim. Nasal breathing and proper tongue posture is super important to sleep health and craniofacial development.
Yes! We had a sleep study done and we get results next week to see what we need to do.
My 11 month old does the same thing since she was 5 months old her pediatrician said it was normal and nothing to worry about
