I went to a class on breastfeeding and they told us how common it is to have a "party boob" and a "sh*t tit". So definitely don't worry about if one produces more easily than the other !!
I would get some smaller syringes and fill these then put in the freezer. Your newborn won’t take all of that in one go and once frozen and defrosted you can’t reuse. I have about 25 1ml syringes which I can use to top up BF with. From Amazon. I hand squeeze my colostrum - didn’t pump until my actual milk came in after baby was born
@Tash tried the manual for a week and I get more with this pump.
@Francesca hand expressing didn’t work for mine and I am I just put it in the bottle before getting the syringe out.
I couldn’t even express any with my second child and I’ve had no issues with either boob breastfeeding (10 months old). I managed to collect some with my first and also didn’t have any issues. It’s good you’ve managed to get some!

Normal to have a slacker boob but you will probably have more success just hand expressing colostrum as a lot of it will get lost within the pump..
