Absolutely nothing wrong with baby being on a lower percentile (height or weight), as long as they are following the expected growth rate and pattern of that percentile and not varying too much. Exactly the same as how adults vary in height, some babies are just bigger or smaller than others and that’s okay! ❤️
My son has stayed consistently in 3rd percentile for height and 11th for weight. Doctors aren’t concerned at all as he’s following a curve still and is on track for him personally. My doctor actually commented on how my son may be small but he’s actually ahead of most his age intellectually. Tiny but mighty, there is nothing wrong with a tiny baby 🥰
My little girl has always been between 1st-10th percentile for height, despite being in the 99th percentile for weight. She's 17 months and still short but she still followed the growth chart absolutely fine, so not concerned. My partner is 6ft1, so I was expecting a giant 😂
Thabk you everyone 🙏🏻🥹🥹
As long as they are gaining and following a curve (not jumping between percenties) there isn't anything to worry about growth wise.
