Unfortunately not as it’s predominantly floor work and I also need to concentrate on the breathing I can’t just have her on the floor next to me as I’ve tried. I just cannot think of a solution for this but I’m getting really depressed about it
Have you got a bouncer or anything like that my little girl goes crazy in her jumperoo thing
I am in the same boat, have pelvic floor physio but 90% of it is impossible when I'm alone. The only way I can do it is to get my husband to take her out for a walk or something. Do you have a partner than can just take her for at least 30 minutes? If baby has a dad he can cope with taking the baby a few hours during the day before or after work so you can look after yourself. I do understand though, nothing soothes my baby either if I put her down alone. Bouncer, toys, music, nothing. It's not even worth suggesting anything because I've already tried it lol.
I know it’s not ideal but could you do your exercises with her in a carrier?
