If you don’t mind the contact napping, but more just want your hands free, you can definitely try a sling/carrier. If you want to be able to put her down in a moses for example, it’ll be just patience and perseverance. I’d just keep on trying to put her down and if she stirs pick her up, settle her then try again. This is where we are at currently as day time it is only on me for naps, but I just keep trying and if she wakes resettle her and try again. It is a bit frustrating as it is repetitive but I’ve found after a few tries she tends to settle (only for around 30 mins max mind but better than nothing). If you put something that smells like you in wherever you are wanting her to settle, that is supposed to help. Also don’t jump to picking her up, I shush, rub her nose and tap her bum first and sometimes (not often) that does soothe her xx
Baby wear. They will eventually sleep on their own.
When you lay her down, do feet first and then slowly tilt. So the feet touch the surface first, apparently it is milder on their nervous system and doesn’t cause them to wake up as easily. Let me know if this works!!
You could try laying next to her in bed or on a couch. Use a Bobbi, swaddle so she feels like she’s in your arms
