Baby rolls onto her tummy at night and keeps waking herself up
Hi! My 6 month old keeps wanting to roll onto her belly when she's sleeping but then ends up waking herself up crying wanting help to roll to her side or back and this keeps happening multiple times throughout the night. We both are getting such disrupted sleep!
Has anyone else gone through this?

Yes been there! We’re now at the stage where she is comfortable sleeping on her belly but eventually will wake during the night because she can’t roll onto her back yet
My son is doing exactly the same as he is unable to roll back yet 😭
I had this last week for about 5 days, he’s sleeping through now (which he had never done) and just sleeps on his stomach most of the night x
