I need some help

Can you take him out in the garden to distract? And offer some snacks? Mine doesn’t do this after every nap. But change of environment helps. Snacks like yogurt lollies etc is always good n cheers mine up

My little boy has just started doing this recently but they are tantrums 😔

When does he have a nap? Mine still likes to go down about 11ish and then we have lunch after but I was wondering if she was waking hungry that’s why she was so upset, then doesn’t eat much so I might try switching it and do lunch at 11 and see if she wakes any happier? But mine does this a lot too! X

I always find my little boy does this if he hasn’t had enough sleep during his nap, sometimes he comes and lays on me and goes back to sleep for another half hour and wakes up in a better mood lol
