What time are your little ones going down at night?
My LO is in bed for 830 after bath and a book but is still up every 2-3 hours.
She naps 3/4 times in day but only has 20-30 minutes. 1hr at a push if I lay with her.

7pm, she wakes up for one feed and sometimes another time for a dummy. There is nights when she keeps waking up though, I think it's teething.
Asleep in bed by 8:30pm doesn't wake up till 7:30am next day x
Usually asleep by 7 x
Bath at 7, down for bed at 7.30 x
Asleep by 7:30 and wakes around 7am
Sleep at 7:45 generally, wakes at 7:14
