Moro reflex / startle reflex
My 8 week old is struggling to drift off to sleep, as every time she starts to, she suddenly jolts awake.
Any advice as to what could be making this happen so frequently, or how to help her settle back down afterwards?

Mine did this and at 6 weeks old we decided to swaddle her with arms in for the night and it’s made such a difference. She now sleeps peacefully and only stires when she is due for a feed.

This is very normal for babies at this age. I got mine the love to dream swaddle and it’s so helpful she sleeps long stretches now and only wakes for milk xx
