Random bleeding

Soooo I couldn't wait the full 6 weeks to have fun with my partner. It's how I emotionally regulate myself and my OB said it was okay for us to do anal 👀 We've been doing it since I was 5 days PP and had no issues, but today I started bleeding a lot (vaginal) afterwards. I *did* have a c section so maybe this time it rubbed against my incision wrong? Im not cramping at all, just bleeding. It's dark red so I don't think it's anything serious, but if anyone else has experienced this I would appreciate some insight 🙏🏻
