Help it’s 1am and my 3 week old won’t unlatch

😭 I was just there a month ago. It gets better 🥹 hes using your breast as a soother, mine did too. I was so unbelievably exhausted. what I did was give him a soother to suck on or kept trying bottle breast milk. He’s now using both bottle and my breast, but refuses the pacifier. What nipple are you using? Hang in there try to sleep any free window you have.
Same I’m awake he’s awake he fell asleep for 5 hours unlatched and now he won’t go back to sleep unless latched try ninni and co nipples they are shaped like nipples and try pump bottles with breast like nipples maybe just buy one bottle also the usual feed extra good and then warm bath and I like to blow dry the hair so it’s not wet and then lotion and warm pjs dark room white noise and supervised swaddling till they asleep then undue swaddle. Gotta do it a few weeks for them to get it so far I’m up to 5 somtimes 6 hours if I go to sleep early
he could also be cluster feeding and going through a growth spurt. both of my kids would latch for hoursss and then sleep basically the whole next day lol. it was tough but cluster feeding is so good for your milk supply.
Have you got a dummy you can give him? Sounds like comfort sucking. If not try putting him down in his bed with your breast latched and then swap it swiftly for a finger and see if you can keep that in there and get some sleep if you're using a moses basket or next to me
