12 month old waking every night

My son was a great sleeper until around 7/8 months when we hit a huge regression that lasted 6/7 weeks. Since then he has been waking basically every night, we’ve only had a few occasions where he has slept through the night since that regression. He moved into his own room 3 months ago and he has only slept in there all night a handful of times. He wakes most nights at around 1am and seems to want milk at the moment. He hasn’t had a night feed for months and now he wakes hungry every night and won’t settle til he’s had a bottle. I’m so tired I end up just leaving him in our bed but it’s killing me off because I end up hanging off the edge and wake up exhausted. What can I do to get him to sleep again😩😩😩
