Is my baby gonna be okay?

When I changed her last night I was in a rush and left her wet nappy in the corner of the playpen. I forgot to put it in the bucket when I came down so it sat there overnight and I didn't see it when I put her in it this morning and I checked on her while making her breakfast and spotted her holding the liner scrunched up in her fist near her face, probably from chewing it, and the nappy next to her. Is she gonna be okay or is she gonna get ill or something from it??
