Personally I sleep on my back to avoid any hip pains. My doctor said it’s better for the baby as you stay straight and it allows them to be in a more comfortable and opened up position. I know people are about to come at me for this. But I have done my research in many languages and there are sooooo many studies, unfortunately uk is really behind on this, but I really encourage you to look into it before listening to “old wives tales” about sleeping and stillbirth
