Pretending to hurt himself for attention
Multiple times a day my toddler pretends to be hurt for attention. I sometimes watch him out the corner of my eye and he will pretend to fall off his bike for example. Anyone else going through this stage?

@Georgia multiple times a day he pretends 😂 it is quite funny.
My boy did this until he really started hurting himself. He would bang his head on walls, doors and floors (lasted two weeks) - we completely ignored that behaviour so now he’s back to pretending.. It may have been due to his newborn brother as it was all very new 🤷🏻♀️xx
does he watch any youtube shows at all? my daughter loves cocomelon and bebefinn, both of which have a “boo boo song” she likes to throw herself to the ground and pretend she’s falling and then say she has a boo boo

Yeah my girl does this too, honestly I can’t help but laugh, She does stuff like pretend to get her finger trapped in draws or pretend to fall over I know laughing probably does encourage it but honestly it’s just so cheesy and put on I’m sure it’s just a phase I’m not overthinking it I just try not to react too much
