Milk bleb - breastfeeding
Has anyone ever had milk bleb on their nipple and can tell me how you got rid of it?
The last two days breastfeeding has been really painful on one breast and when I've had a look there's a little white spot on the nipple.
Any tips? Thankyou x

Idk what bleb is but I've had a small white spot in my nipple which I just squeezed and it pooped out haha
Hand express
Warm compress or shower and massage otherwise keep feeding and it will pop as painful as it is.

It’s not the best practice but the only thing that worked for me when I had one was to pop it with sterile tweezers. I’d tried everything else and it wasn’t working and a lactation consultant recommended it as a last resort and it was instant relief.
