At 2 months there's not much to do. You can use some empty plastic bottles and put anything in it that makes a noise, if they are colourful it's even better. If you have any ribbon, that's great too or some balloons. Listen to music and sing and dance around with him. Read him a book or any article you're interested in really. Or just go for a walk, the weather is really nice now, let him look at the trees and birds
Check to see if you have a second hand page in your town in mine we have a c.r.a.p page and a free baby clothes/toys as well for cost wise I’ve always found great bits for my boy on there .. or even if you download kinedu it’s great for actives to do with your baby
Tummy time is good with objects just at arms reach, reading to him, black and white objects or pictures.honestly you don’t need to spend much on lots of toys. play mat with things hanging, or make some sensory bottles with water and glitter or rice. Music. Just talking/singing to him and showing him outside. Leaving him to explore with his senses. Do you have any free stay and plays in your area? As he gets bigger cheap activities are usually sensory stuff like corn flour and water, cooked spaghetti, water play, cereal and spoons, pots and pans with different utensils
Have a look on Facebook market place and see if someone is selling secondhand (if you dont mind cleaning them before use). Theyre normally more cost effective. Can get a play mat with some music and toys to keep baby entertained.
