@Becka I’ll have to have a look into the tape, I’ve got an appointment with the forgot regarding some physio anyway so I’ll mention it there I’m on holiday at the moment and having to use a chair by the end of the day and I’m not doing that much walking I’ve had a luckily easy pregnancy no sickness or anything knee it was too good to be true 😂😩xx
@Georgia for me the tape is a godsend. Was advised by the physio previously not to tape my belly, but only my back, as you don't want to weaken the abdominal muscles. The tape is waterproof and can stay on for up to 5 days, even if you're swimming etc. It's not painless at the moment, but I can walk without it feeling like my pelvis is snapping every step I take!
I’m on the exact same boat! I mentioned it at my 28 week appointment and at the doctors last week. Both said it’s an 8 week wait for physio so there’s no point as the baby will be here before it most likely! 🤦🏼♀️ My gp said to do various exercises/yoga and use a birthing ball to exercise too but nothings helping x
@Alice I’ll mention it at my 31 week midwife appointment but more than likely they’ll be no point 😩😂 I’m on pain medication for other things just a lower dose then usual and even that’s not helping x
Physio and kinesiology tape were the best options for me. I literally cannot move without kinesiology tape at the moment whilst I wait for the physio referral this time. Same dates as you are. X
