I got suppositorys from doctors in the end as I couldn’t go for 10 days after surgery 🥹 deffo recommend them

My first c section i had constipation, this i was completely normal!

Neither as I used colpermin peppermint capsules in the lead up and afterwards and refused lactulose as that causes excess wind as a side effect. I already use the colpermin for IBS but I shout about it from the roof tops as I have chronic constipation usually and it really did save me after c section! X

Didn’t give it a chance to be constipated and took a lot of lactulose as soon as I was home after 24 hours!
